COVID-19 PPE Precautions

• | Our office will communicate with you prior to your appointment to ask some required screening questions. We will again, review those same questions when you arrive at our office for your appointment. We will also ask to take your temperature with a thermal thermometer. This is to ensure that you are healthy for your visit and to care for you and your well being. |
• | We will have a sanitation station available in the reception area and encourage you to please use it when you enter the office. |
• | Appointments will be managed to allow for social distancing between patients. That might mean that there will be fewer options available for scheduling your appointment. We appreciate your patience and understanding. |
• | To minimize contact with anyone other than our staff and ensure social distancing, we would ask that you please call us when you are here so we can be prepared for your visit. We look forward to seeing you again and are happy to answer any questions you may have about the additional steps we are taking to keep you and our team healthy. |
